Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee our software development initiatives, particularly in the realm of financial systems such as automated billing and global payroll management. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in the software development life cycle, project management, and substantial experience in overseeing projects focused on financial software solutions. This position demands an in-depth understanding of global financial processes and regulations, along with the ability to effectively handle and integrate complex billing and payroll systems into our software projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of planning and executing software development projects, concentrating on automated billing and global payroll systems.
  • Assist in framing project scope, objectives, and outcomes, specifically in connection to financial software systems.
  • Define project assignments and resource needs, ensuring they align with financial process automation and adherence to regulations.
  • Create comprehensive project blueprints encompassing milestones tied to the incorporation of billing and payroll systems.
  • Build and organize project teams, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration with financial software specialists.
  • Supervise project finances and resource distribution, displaying a sharp comprehension of financial software costs and efficiencies.
  • Chart out project timelines, incorporating the assimilation of financial systems.
  • Offer guidance and backing to the project team, furnishing precise instructions on financial software integration.
  • Guarantee quality assurance throughout financial software implementations.
  • Continuously supervise and communicate project advancement, including financial software milestones, to all stakeholders.
  • Deliver progress reports outlining project advancement, challenges, and remedies, with a specific focus on financial systems.
  • Execute and oversee project modifications and actions to accomplish project outcomes, particularly relating to automated billing and global payroll.
  • Conduct project assessments and appraisals of outcomes, with a highlight on financial system integrations.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in software development project management, with particular exposure to financial systems, automated billing, and global payroll projects.
  • Proficient understanding of both classic and agile project management principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them to financial software development endeavors.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and financial software systems.
  • Competence in project management software tools, especially those tailored for financial process management.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and issue-resolution capabilities, with specialized proficiency in managing financial software challenges.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of overseeing global teams and vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-project setting, with a focus on integrating financial software.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is advantageous, particularly in the realm of financial software projects.
