  • Develop andimplement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness strategy
  • Manage the recruitment andselection process including job posting interviewing andonboarding
  • Oversee employee relationscounseling and disciplinary actions
  • Administercompensation and benefits
  • Execute performancemanagement and improvement systems
  • Handleemployee grievances conflicts andinvestigations
  • Ensure legal compliancethroughout HR management
  • Manage and maintainHRIS and employee records
  • Develop and monitoroverall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across theorganization
  • Bridge management and employeerelations by addressing demands grievances or otherissues
  • Nurture a positive working environmentby promoting corporate culture andvalues
  • Assess training needs to apply andmonitor training programs
  • Report to managementand provide decision support through HRmetrics
  • Maintain employee and workplace privacyand confidentiality
  • Support current and futurebusiness needs through the development engagement motivation andpreservation of humancapital
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
  • Proven work experience as an HRprofessional or in a similar role
  • Understandingof labor laws and disciplinaryprocedures
  • Knowledge of HR systems anddatabases
  • Excellent leadership andcommunication skills
  • Familiarity withindustryrelated software and tools
  • Aptitude inproblemsolving and decisionmaking
  • Demonstrableexperience with human resources metrics
  • Strongethical standards and high level ofconfidentiality
  • Effective team managementabilities
  • SHRMCP or PHR certification is aplus
  • Proven track record of success in adiverse highvolume HR environment
  • Ability tomultitask prioritize and manage timeefficiently
  • Exceptional organizational skillsand attention to detail
  • Adaptable and flexibleapproach in a dynamic workenvironment
