Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant
In this role, you will:
Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirementsReview and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutionsPresent recommendations for resolving business problemsExercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedulesProvide information about communication between business and technology teamsWork with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document resultsRequired Qualifications:
Experience in Business Systems Data, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutionsProficient in data manipulation and working with databasesThought leadership in the field of Quality Assurance and Test AutomationAbility to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologiesA "go-getter" attitude, passion to constantly improve and perform at the highest levelPlanning, implementing and quality assurance for large testing projects to include test automation, test data management/analytics and innovative uses of technology or data analytics to enhance testing efficiency.
Training team members with a goal of fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment9+ years of overall work experience in testing domainBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and relevant work experienceExcellent communication and collaboration skills in diverse environmentsAt least 3 year experience in leading technical teams such as test automation or performance engineering teamsAt least 2 years of experience in strategy and planning of technical testingWorking knowledge of Java or Python - enough to perform code reviews, provide code refactoring recommendations6+ years of hands on experience in:Automation strategy, framework implementation, planning, scripting and executionAutomation framework (data driven, hybrid and behavior driven development concepts), design and enhancementsCucumber/BDD - based frameworksSelenium with Java - Junit/TestNG framework in Eclipse IDEHP UFTVersion control repo like GITHUB and SVNTest scheduling and execution on Jenkins, etc.
HP-QC/ALM, TFS, JIRA or a relevant defect management toolsDesired Qualifications:3+ year of financial services experience (Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management, Banking, Mortgage, Insurance); prior consulting experience is a plusRelevant industry certification such as, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, ISTQB, PMP or other specialized IT certifications
