  • To sell MTPL products & services through B2B and B2C channels.
  • To train Technicians and Plumbers teams on MTPL product range.
  • To arrange Displays and Samples at Franchisee Show rooms.
  • To do B2B business development with Franchisees by promoting MTPL
products to his network of Architects, Builders, Developers, Consultants,
Contractors, Plumbers, etc.

  • To plan sales as per PSO system and achieve 80% of it.
  • To achieve sales growth.
  • To collect money within 60 days credit terms (as per MTPL norms).
  • To recall/recover unsold stocks in 90 days (as per MTPL norms).
  • To regularly conduct Plumber's trainings.
