• Design innovative solutions which make users more productive so that they can focus on really tough challenges and not their tools.
• Understand research findings and incorporate them into your designs.
• Communicate designs through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes as needed.
• Design elegant interfaces and processes which make the complex, simple.
• Communicate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders, and project teams.
• Adapt and flex to dynamic project needs and priorities.
• Maintain project flexibility, nimbleness, and velocity to respond to dynamic business needs.
• Work closely with the Product team to take ideas and turn them into reality.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Sr. UX Designer role.
• ReactJs experience is preferred.
• Must provide references of people you have worked with in the past.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of organization from peers to senior leadership.
• Selfstarter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm who can work with minimal or no supervision.
• Flexible to work at least a couple of hours as per US time (morning/evening hours) for interactions with the US leadership team and other stakeholders.
• Ability to create interactive experiences with prototyping software (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CS, user testing tools).
• Enjoy collaboration with a diverse team including designers, nondesigners, and those from different cultures or backgrounds.
• Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, teamwork, and an eagerness to learn. Find consensus and compromise as needed.
• Have a stellar portfolio that demonstrates your ability to understand and solve tough problems and illustrates your design process.
