DevOps Engineer

Location :
INDIA (remote)

Salary : 30-35LPA

Duration : 6 Months

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Implementing and managing the DevOps toolchain, including version control, build automation, testing, deployment, and monitoring tools.
  • Automating software development, testing, and deployment processes to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Collaborating with software developers to understand requirements, review code, and ensure seamless integration between development and operations.
  • Provisioning and configuring infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud resources, to support application deployment.
  • Monitoring application and infrastructure performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve reliability and scalability.
  • Implementing security measures, such as vulnerability scanning, access controls, and incident response procedures, to ensure the security of the DevOps environment.
  • Documenting processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability of the DevOps environment.
  • Providing training and mentorship to development and operations teams to foster a DevOps culture and improve collaboration.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of DevOps practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participating in project planning and management activities to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Educational background of Computer Engineering or related program (MS degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of software development experience or proven competency developing and supporting implementing micro service based application using tools like Kubernetes, Docker etc.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • Comfortable working in a overlap time with onshore team members / teambased approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience implementing, customizing, and integrating thirdparty applications

Hands-on experience with following technologies :
