Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Curriculum Development:

  • Design and develop nursing curricula aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Create engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and multimedia resources.

Instructional Delivery:

  • Deliver lectures, lead discussions, and facilitate laboratory and clinical sessions.
  • Employ innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
3.

Student Assessment:

  • Develop assessments, including quizzes, exams, and practical evaluations, to measure student competency.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and improvement.
4.

Mentorship and Guidance:

  • Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
  • Provide academic advising and support to students regarding course selection, career pathways, and academic challenges.
5.

Clinical Supervision:

  • Supervise students during clinical placements, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards of practice.
  • Facilitate debriefing sessions to reflect on clinical experiences and promote critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills.
6.

Research and Scholarship:

  • Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and conference presentations, to contribute to nursing knowledge and evidencebased practice.
  • Encourage students to participate in research projects and scholarly activities.
7.

Professional Development:

  • Stay abreast of current trends, advancements, and regulations in nursing education and practice.
  • Participate in professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Nursing or a related field (Ph.
D. preferred).

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Previous experience in nursing education or clinical practice.
  • Strong understanding of nursing theory, practice, and educational principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a teambased environment.
