Job Role & Responsibility

  • Design and develop training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing customer service representatives.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to introduce them to company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
  • Implement training modules to enhance communication, problemsolving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ensure that customer service representatives have a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
  • Ensure that representatives are proficient in using technology for customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in customer service roles is essential. This firsthand experience allows trainers to understand the challenges faced by customer care representatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for delivering effective training sessions and creating clear training materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are important for building relationships with trainees and creating a positive and collaborative learning environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and other tools used in customer care.
  • Capability to design and develop training programs, including creating training materials and resources.
  • Skill in providing constructive feedback to trainees and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate trainees to excel in their roles.
