Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to a list of potential customers or clients
promotional offers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, warm calling, and

Service Promotion:
Present and explain the features and benefits of products or
services to potential customers, focusing on how they address their needs or pain points.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects

Up Calls:
Conduct follow-up calls with prospects who have shown initial interest
but require further information or time to make a decision.
- Customer Inquiry Handling: Address incoming customer inquiries and provide relevant
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and teambased sales
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, call details, and
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with potential customers to build
- Sales Scripts and Training: Follow provided scripts and undergo necessary training to
- Market Research: Keep uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and market
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on call metrics, leads generated, and appointments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education. Additional qualifications in sales or
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is an advantage but
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to effectively influence potential customers.
- Ability to work in a targetdriven environment and meet set performance goals.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to balance calling volume and followup activities.
- Patience and resilience to handle rejection and remain positive during challenging calls.
Salary:
Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
