  • Proven experience in a MIM role
  • Coordinate for Critical P1 incidents with appropriate stakeholders
  • Highlight the incidents which may lose SLA in next 24 hours
  • Highlight the aging and backlog tickets and work with stakeholders to resolve blocker
  • Drive Service Improvements
  • Audit incident data and process on quarterly basis
  • Publish Incident trends
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to create high quality verbal and written summaries that are comprehensive, accurate and focused on business partner understanding and impact.
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification is ideal but we are okay with ITIL skilled resources. 1.

Business User Experience in Modules:
SAP BASIS.

2.Work with end users to resolve work related issues and provide solutions with SAP3.Track progress for projects and closure of issues4.Document policies and procedures for SAP5.Act as a liaison between End users and developer for report functional design and program testing6.IMG Configuration of SAP logistics related modules7.

Effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions to all levels of the organization; facilitate and drive decision-making and consensus-building
Total Experience: 12 to 24+ Months of SAP Support Experience
