Title:
Full-time Designer for Motivational Products - Ludhiana

Motivational is currently seeking a full-time Designer to join our team in Ludhiana.

We are looking for an individual with a very positive mindset, preferably someone who is knowledgeable about manifestation and the power of positive affirmations.


Responsibilities:
1.

Product Design: Create designs for a variety of motivational products including mugs, posters, apparel, stationery, and accessories.

2.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences, ensuring our products remain relevant and inspiring.

3.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop visually engaging assets for promotions and social media campaigns.

4.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all designs.

5.

Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and customers to enhance product designs.

6.

Production Support: Provide support to the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Requirements:
1.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.

2.

Positive Mindset: A very positive outlook on life and work, with a belief in the power of positive affirmations and manifestation.

3.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

4.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a good sense of typography, color, and composition.

5.

Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
