Europe Region Sales Position

Nature of work:
This is a mid level position in the sales function.

It is an Individual contributor role where the person is responsible to generate new business opportunities from specific given countries in the European market from Insurance vertical for the purpose of sales.


Qualification and Experience:
Management degree from an institute of repute with 5-7 years of experience of selling S/W products and solutions.
Experience in European region will be an added advantage.
Must have experience in selling to Senior level in Insurance and Enterprise sector.

Skill Set Required:
Passionate for sales with burning desire to achieve results.

Self-motivated and go-getter personnel who can drive sales independentlyAn understanding of European market with experience of selling high ticket value based solutions Social person with good PR Skills.

Experience of Selling Software Products/Solutions in Insurance sector.
Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.

Ability to do connect with desired stake holders & do mapping of Key Decision Makers and Key Influential's at CXO levels · Working with large SIs / Partners on large and complex deals.

Driving common interest with effective problem solving skills.
Requires excellent oral and written communications skills including effective presentation skills.
Excellent business acumen and command of spoken and written English.
Should be open for travel as role requires travelling for sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate Sales Lead, Build Pipeline, Convert Pipeline to Sales Numbers.
Develop and grow the Insurance sector business for Newgen products & solution.
Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities, account mapping.
Meet Quarterly & Annual Target for the Sales.
Work closely with Pre-sales and delivery to have the winning proposal to WIN the deals.
Strategize the Winning approach for the opportunities and accounts.
Proactively scan the market, Do research, Connect with Marketing, Cold Calling to generate leads.
Manage Customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them.
Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
