Position Summary:
  • The Software Engineer will support the implementation of digitalization strategy for Group Technology and Networks, aiming to enhance IT architecture, increase organizational agility, and enable an API-driven digital ecosystem.
  • Main responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the development stack for services such as Network as a Service (NaaS), Network Service Bus (NSB), and Service Orchestrator (SO).
  • Utilize Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines and tools, and develop testing automation scripts.
  • Ensure software solutions adhere to defined frameworks and design patterns for microservice architecture, utilizing CI/CD pipelines for delivery.
  • Develop in multiple programming languages using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring solutions meet security, performance, and maintainability requirements.
Key Responsibilities And Results:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions meeting functional and security requirements.
  • Create microservices and APIs using various technologies.
  • Automate testing processes including unit testing and end-to-end testing.
  • Collaborate with QA and operation teams to address defects and facilitate root cause analysis.
  • Adhere to coding best practices and continuous integration/deployment processes.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies into the solution stack.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
Technical / Professional Skills:
  • 3+ years of microservices development experience.
  • Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Relevant Linux and open-source development experience.
  • Project experience with DevOps, automation, and testing.
  • Experience with databases such as MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of Restful APIs.
Non-Technical / Soft Skills:
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
