Access Management Engineer - Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)

Active Directory / Azure AD Engineer – offshore

Responsibilities
  • Experience troubleshooting group policy and handling security patches for Active Directory.
  • Support application migration for both standard and nonstandard applications.
  • Utilize expertise in Azure AD/Active Directory suites to support GPC's web authentication deployment in various environments.
  • Create reliable solutions to technology issues.
  • Implement new capabilities and enhancements within Azure Cloud environments.
  • Provide Level 2 support for systems within agreed service levels.
  • Support product development, testing, and knowledge transfer of production-ready solutions.
  • Establish Azure AD federation for internal users.
  • Lead evaluation, development, and implementation of Active Directory/AzureAD solutions that meet industry best practices.
  • Act as the point of contact for high priority incidents or engagements.
  • Support core user directories including AD, Azure AD, and LDAP technologies.
  • Provide technical support for IAM solutions management.
  • Implement IAM solutions following open standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connection.
  • Implement IAM solutions with load balancers, clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery technologies.
  • Provide expertise in certificate management, SSL handshaking, and encryption technologies.
  • Document and update SOP's and share knowledge with team members.
  • Identify operational issues and recommend strategic IAM solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management solutions.
  • Extensive experience in Azure AD and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy management, domain trusts, replication, and configuration.
  • Experience in user/group administration, Azure roles, SPN, GPOs, and AD Connect builds & synchronization.
