Responsibilities:

Manage the complete accounts receivable process in line with Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards), ensuring precise and timely invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.
Utilize Zoho effectively for seamless accounting tasks.
Supervise and guide the accounts receivable team.
Offer coaching and mentorship to team members.
Evaluate and set credit limits for clients.
Develop and enforce credit control policies compliant with Ind AS.
Generate and assess regular reports on accounts receivable as per Ind AS regulations.
Provide recommendations and insights regarding processes.
Ensure adherence to accounting policies, Ind AS, and financial standards.
Coordinate internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.


Qualifications:
2-5 years of accounts receivable experience, specifically in the fintech sector or NBFC industry.
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing the entire accounts receivable process.
Book-keeping responsibilities:
  • Handling daily invoice bookings, employee reimbursement, and sharing UTR details with stakeholders.
  • Preparing various finance reports for month-end closures.
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and categorizing transactions.
  • Assisting team members in preparing FAR, Provision, Prepaid, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel.

Skills:
Proficient in financial operations.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
