Job Description:
In this role as Chief Executive Officer at Inventive Seeds Pvt. Ltd., you will provide strategic guidance, set the company's direction, and ensure operational efficiency to drive progress in seed manufacturing and research & development. Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities include shaping long-term strategies, fostering innovation, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive strategic plan in line with the company's mission and values.
  • Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion prospects.
  • Drive innovation and product development for sustained competitiveness.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations in manufacturing, R&D, sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
  • Enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to ensure performance aligns with objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent the company at industry events to boost brand visibility.

Talent Development:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent through a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Mentor senior management to drive organizational success.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to laws and regulations in seed manufacturing and agriculture.
  • Mitigate business risks and implement effective management practices.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, agriculture, or related field; MBA or PhD preferred.
  • Experience in leadership roles within agriculture, biotechnology, or fertilizer industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
