Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team.

As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP programming language.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, design efficient solutions, and implement robust code.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop highquality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and propose technical solutions.
  • Design and implement efficient database schemas and queries to support application functionalities.
  • Write clean, wellstructured, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Debug and resolve application issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the applications.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate serverside logic with userfacing elements.
  • Responsible for integrating thirdparty APIs into our web applications and systems using PHP programming language.
  • Implement API request/response handling, error handling, and data parsing.
  • Test and debug API integrations, resolving any issues or bugs that arise.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve development processes and tools.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 4+ years experience as a PHP Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in PHP programming language and related frameworks such as Laravel.
  • Strong understanding of objectoriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience in writing efficient SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Understanding of web application security best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with other web technologies and frameworks, such as JavaScript frameworks Laravel, Angular.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Docker and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and deployments to live environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
