Roles & Responsibilities:


Execute the integration of social media as a channel into all major company-wide initiatives such as brand campaigns, product launches, advocacy initiatives, and amplification of proprietary contentOwn and scale a comprehensive strategy for Olyv's corporate social channels aligned with marketing goalsManage social media calendars for organic posts in collaboration with social media team members and across the organizationCreate timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audienceOversee the monitoring and reporting on social engagement, trends, and analytics; brief leadership on a regular basisOversee and contribute to the creation of engaging B2C content to engage target audiences and increase followersIdeate and oversee the creation of visuals and videos that elevate Olyv while protecting brand guidelinesWork closely with Brand Lead, Content managers and SEO team to identify opportunities for repurposing content on our different social channelsWork closely with the leadership and cofounders team for cofounder profile and assist in thought leadership content endeavorsOwn all communications and develop content in line with the approved communication planManage production of various content assets including video production, events, social media assetsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to execute the approved communication planAct as the custodian of any brand-related logos / language/ descriptions across various touch points.

Ensure adequate digital presence for the brand in coordination with various marketing initiatives being executedEnsure adherence to a unified global approach across all digital platformsIdentify and engage external agencies for the design and execution of communication material like videos, digital creative, dossiers, flyers, etc.

Evaluate vendors to provide the services for various branding initiativesProvide support with Key Projects, adapt and create assets for region-specific campaignsAssist with the creation of SOP for any new requirementsOn the definition and implementation of brand guidelines such as BRI, BVI, brand book, tonality guidelines, etc.

Assist with market-specific initiatives such as the development of local language content (Print ad, paid media, CRM mailers)Manage every piece of content that goes out on the company's behalf, ranging from newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and social media posts on various platforms.

Analyze performance indicators and web traffic, identifying areas where the content requires improvement.
Keep track of the existing content strategy performance.

Communicate new content ideas to the creative team to ensure they are aligned and produce the needed support material, such as photos, images, or videos.

Proofread new content to avoid and correct errors

Eligibility Requirements:


1-3 years of work experience in Consumer Marketing / Social Media Marketing/Community MarketingFull understanding of all social media platforms & related analytical tools to monitor success metricsExcellent written communication skills for producing high quality content/ postsIdea machine - catch trends and fast turnaround contextualizing them to brand needsExcellent presentation skills - Ability to articulate ideas and key objectivesExperience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholdersTop-notch writing and editing ability – you produce engaging, accurate copy even under time pressure.

Understanding of Online Reputation Management (ORM) will be an added advantage
