Responsibility:

  • Give consumers a warm welcome and helpful support.
  • Describe the different car models, their characteristics, and their alternatives.
  • Assist the sales staff with the buying process.
  • For postsale support, work with the service department.
  • Assure excellent client satisfaction by quickly resolving issues.
  • Keep thorough records of all of your transactions and interactions with customers.

Requirements:

- prior experience dealing with customers, ideally in the automobile industry.
- outstanding organizing and communication abilities.

  • Training and Work Experience:
- a high school degree or its equivalent.

  • Prior experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
