We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our infrastructure and automation efforts.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure at scale, and optimizing system performance.


As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, driving best practices for automation and scalability, and mentoring junior team members.


Job Description :

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure using tools like Azure/AWS/GCP which include both Monolithic and microservice architecturelevel applications.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes with tools like Docker and AKS services.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability optimize.
  • Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Conduct regular system and security audits, addressing any vulnerabilities or issues proactively.
  • Worked with major compliance and migration work which includes PCI, HIPPA, NIST, and Fed Ramp with Azure/GCP/AWS.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and proefficiently handle policies like ZERO trust, ZERO touch & ZERO downtime.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies, recommending improvements as necessary.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and monitoring of applications.
  • Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Develop infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate provisioning and configuration of resources.
  • Design and implement containerization strategies using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate automated testing, security scanning, and compliance checks into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance and availability, using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire stack, from application code to infrastructure, and provide oncall support for production systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, optimize costs, and enhance system reliability.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's / masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go.
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
Preferred

Qualifications :

  • Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
  • Experience with Git version control system.
