Urgent hiring for "Trainer" position.
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide training for new employees and existing employees.
  • Identification of training needs for the organization
  • Tailor specific training programs to employee growth and retainment, career path assistance, etc.
  • Prepare training materials such as outlines, text, and handouts and present information, using a variety of instructional techniques
  • Ensure successful execution of training needs
  • Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
Be the point of contact to maintain all the process changes, process documents and later train the teams on any changes

  • Collate the training results and documentation of the same to present to the senior management weekly/monthly
Education and Experience Required

Ø Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Ø 4-8 years of experience in training field
Ø Need to have good presentation skills
Ø Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
