Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically has 6 to 9 years of IT work experience, with knowledge AWS Cloud services.
  • Experience in leading & code review support to the team.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies, practices, and principles
  • Strong infrastructure automation and management experience using AWS CDK
  • Proven experience working as a Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps Lead Engineer, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong automation scripting experience using Python.
  • Familiarity in other scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell, added advantages
  • Proven experience in implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines in AWS Code Pipeline with strong knowledge of AWS native services & tools.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio Code, Atom, Sublime or similar IDE for script developments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
