Role:
Enterprise Architect

Overview:
Leading the Technology and Platforms team, you will guide the Architecture and Technology roadmap. Leading a team of Technical and Solution Architects, you will build a high-performance technical team focusing on unique AI/Cloud solutions, foster the Innovation hub, and support the Product team's requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture and technology team, shape the platform/technology stack for Products and solutions.
  • Develop a cloud strategy for Products, with a focus on creating specialized solutions that are platform agnostic.
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts to finalize the suitable stack for the technology platform to build robust products for the future.
  • Focus on middleware to establish an integration platform to support standard messaging needs across products/solutions, ensuring scalability.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to devise build and release strategies, align DevSecOps strategy, and establish necessary tools/processes for code governance, repository, and releases.
  • Lead a team of engineers, fostering their development through feedback, mentorship, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned Technology leader with experience in guiding technology/architecture teams and product development strategies.
  • Proven experience in establishing Architecture roadmap for AI Products and solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and strong focus on Nonfunctional requirements and scalable Middleware platforms for high-performance loads.
  • Prior experience in Mobile Applications development (Native iOS, Android, Flutter, Ionic, or React Native).
  • Proficiency in UI Frameworks like Angular and collaboration with UX teams to evaluate UI Frameworks for Micro Frontend applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and building AI products/solutions.
  • Experience in assessing Low-Code/No-Code platforms and defining application development processes.
  • Hands-on experience in technology evaluations, Proof of Concepts, and leading innovation lab initiatives.
  • Team-building skills to empower engineering teams for impactful deliveries.
  • Up-to-date on industry technology trends and strategies for product/solution upgrades.

Requirements:
  • 12 to 15 years of experience with hands-on involvement in building architecture/technology stack for large enterprise applications.
  • Minimum 3 years as an enterprise architect, with experience in enterprise application development and team mentoring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
