Elior Group, a global player in Food services based in France, has been active in India since 2017 across major cities.

We're on the lookout for a skilled Banquet Sales Manager to join our India team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals for banquet and event spaces.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients and event planners for repeat business.
  • Showcase banquet facilities through site tours and presentations.
  • Create customized event proposals in collaboration with operations and culinary teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless event execution.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients and handle service issues.
  • Maintain client database and ensure timely responses to queries.
  • Focus on client retention and explore new business sectors.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in networking events to expand the client base.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Industry Experience:

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP Tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
