Banquet Sales Manager

Elior Group, a global player in Food services based in France, has been active in India since 2017 across major cities.
We're on the lookout for a skilled Banquet Sales Manager to join our India team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals for banquet and event spaces.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event planners for repeat business.
- Showcase banquet facilities through site tours and presentations.
- Create customized event proposals in collaboration with operations and culinary teams.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless event execution.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients and handle service issues.
- Maintain client database and ensure timely responses to queries.
- Focus on client retention and explore new business sectors.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in networking events to expand the client base.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the hospitality or events industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
Industry Experience:
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP Tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
