What we're looking for:
Yolm is looking for a remarkable CSS developer.

This is an amazing opportunity to get in early with a top-notch technology company that is growing rapidly with a vision to become massive.

You get to work with great technologies, a modern code base and an exceptional technology team. This is a fully remote position.

This person will be responsible for helping us build out our proprietary component library with controls such as scheduling controls, pivot tables, multi-step forms, workflows, checklists and much more, and improving the look and feel of existing components.

Hands-on knowledge of CSS concepts such as flexbox, CSS grid, typography, media queries, CSS variables, accessibility and animations in building components are a must.

Emphasis is on creating and supporting professional and polished components that provide an excellent user experience.
Fluent English is a must.

Compensation:
$1,250 - $1,750 per month.

The Ideal candidate:
Learning

The person is curious and loves learning new technologies and approaches and keeps themselves up to date on the latest in CSS and becomes and stays a master of CSS and other required technologies.

The person is not shy to admit when they don't understand something and ask questions early and actively look up information to ensure they close the knowledge gap.


Attention to Detail :


The components need to be of high quality in terms of look and feel, accessibility and usability, as well as have a good API to be easy to use by developers and need to be well written and tested so they can be maintained.


Technical Proficiency :
Other than expert hands-on knowledge of CSS, we expect basic knowledge of
JavaScript/Typescript
Visual Studio Code or similar
Linux like operating system (Linux, Mac OS or WSL) and basic command line commands
Github
