About the role :
32nd is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Tech team.

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that create a seamless user experience focused on simplicity and usability.

We are looking for a passionate senior designer to shape the future of products and services through unique customer-centric designs.

What You Will Be Doing

Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisionsDesign wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD and iterate as neededCross-functional collaboration with content, graphics and PM teams to bring the designs to lifeWork closely with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and can be effectively implementedEnsure smooth design handoff using tools like Zeplin and PrincipleTest designs with real users and incorporate feedback to improve the overall user experiencePresent designs to stakeholders and effectively communicate design decisions and trade-offsDevelop and maintain a design system for consistency and coherenceDevelop a deep understanding of target audiencesStay up-to-date with UI/UX best practices and design trendsWork closely with technologists to understand platform capabilities, ideate creative technology solutions and provide solid development guidance

What You Bring To The Table


3-7yrs of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio of live projects, large portfolio'sBachelor's or Master's degree in design, HCI, or a related fieldRich experience in designing both web & mobile applications, with an emphasis on B2C products, covering the entire process from ideation to productionExcellent knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Invision.

Proficiency in UX Research, Interaction Designing, Wireframing (Low/ High Fidelity), Prototyping and Information ArchitectureExcellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
