Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a GM Plant specialized in Pre Engineered Building (PEB). The GM Plant PEB will oversee daily plant operations, manage production processes, ensure quality control, and lead a team of employees. Strong leadership skills and efficient resource management are essential for this role to meet production targets.

Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of the Pre Engineered Building industry
- Experience in plant management and production
- Outstanding leadership and management capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Construction industry experience is advantageous
