Job Description:

Are you ready to step up and take on the role of a Senior/Lead Analyst? Be the person who leads and executes advanced data analytics projects. You'll be in charge of a team of analysts, collaborating with different teams to provide actionable insights that shape our business strategies.

Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic planning will play a vital role in driving our data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage full-cycle data analytics projects, from gathering requirements to final delivery.
  • Define project scope and objectives together with stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:
  • Conduct advanced data analysis using statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear and actionable information for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain predictive models to support decision-making.

Team Leadership and Development:
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts, creating a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews, offer feedback, and identify growth opportunities for team members.
  • Promote best practices in data analysis, coding, and documentation.

Collaboration and Communication:
  • Engage with business units to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Tool and Technology Utilization:
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and technologies for data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Implement and maintain analytics tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Devise strategies to leverage data for achieving business objectives.
  • Identify areas for process enhancements and automation in analytics workflows.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing analytics projects and teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Certification in data analytics or related fields.
  • Experience in industry verticals relevant to the company's business.
