General Summary
As the Data Analyst at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), you will support the Global Marketing team within the CCL Global Capabilities Center (GCC). In this role, the Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the Senior Director in data visualizations in PowerBI, data mart source maintenance using SQL and reporting development for various enterprise functions. The position is for a collaborative and strategic thought leader, who will help inform the direction of our go-to-market strategy through data analysis and visualization. They will also guide the development needs including report development, scripting dashboard source data, data governance and partnering with our Global Tech Team for maintaining our source tables in the CCL data mart.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and execute coordination of various tasks in areas of building data visualizations in PowerBI, data governance needs for marketing assets, organizing and managing source data in CCL data mart in collaboration with partners in GTT.
- Responsible for marketing data collation, analysis, visualization, and reporting related to projects, performance, and other metrics relevant to Global Marketing.
- Own and facilitate stakeholder communications and exercise effective meeting management, through the coordination, scheduling, capturing of meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.
- Attend and support business alignment meetings with contractors and internal stakeholders to partner on marketing needs.
Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience post a bachelor's degree in a technology field, preferably IT.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, along with presentation skills, especially in a remote work environment.
- Hands-on experience with Data Tools (PowerBI and SQL), SharePoint, and Project Management Tools along with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Strong willingness to learn and execute, deal with ambiguity, and be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision and direction.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Work US east coast timings as per US Calendar.
