Job Description

Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed metrics
- Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work
- Understands how to collect relevant data from the prescribed sources in a timely manner
- Ensures that the spreadsheets & databases used are policy compliant
- Incorporates feedback from partners/managers to continuously improve the reports and keep them relevant at all times
- Contribute to rationalization of reports by pro-actively highlighting to managers on the relevance of existing reports and if additions are requested
- Understands the information provided in the reports keeping in mind repercussions of inaccuracies
- Documents and updates the process of preparing reports to ensure sustainability
- Perform key quality checks to ensure accuracy before issuing reports/ analysis
- Should be able to answer basic queries raised by customers
- Should be able to understand business impact the reports and deliverables are making.

Intermediate Numeracy skills
Accounting Concepts
CI-Foundation Concepts
