- Use appropriate techniques of sales and marketing to convert leads into an order
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relation with them
- Responsible for leading sales teams to reach target goals
- Planning and directing the hiring training of new sales representatives
- Excellent communication as well as technical skills to identify customers requirements
- Coordinate with the design team for concept and DAP approval
- Should have experience in Robotics and Automation, Jigs & fixture,MHE industry
- To do Approach
- Preparing quotations by calculating project cost and overheads
- Justifying the cost to the customer
- Create winwin situation to covert an order
- Travel across Pune and outside of Pune if required
- Maintain relations with the existing customers and ask them about their current issues that are facing and create opportunities for our company
- Conduct monthly meetings to accomplish the targets
