We are in search of highly skilled and motivated Power BI Developers to become part of our dynamic team. As a Power BI Developer, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, Power Apps & Automate, data flow, optimization techniques, SQL queries, and must possess exceptional documentation and team management skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and put into action efficient data models in Power BI to support business requirements.
  • Ensure the scalability, optimization, and maintainability of data models.
  • Develop and enhance DAX formulas to create calculated columns, measures, and calculated tables.
  • Implement intricate calculations and business logic in DAX.
  • Create and enforce ETL processes using Power Query to transform and load data into Power BI.
  • Guarantee data quality and integrity via effective data cleansing methods.
  • Integrate Power BI with Power Apps and Power Automate to develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Establish custom applications and automate business processes.
  • Design and oversee data flows to streamline data integration and transformation.
  • Enhance data flow processes for better performance.
  • Compose and enhance SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Work in collaboration with the database team to ensure efficient data retrieval.
  • Create and sustain comprehensive documentation for Power BI solutions, data models, and processes.
  • Ensure the documentation is always up-to-date and easily accessible to the team.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to comprehend business requirements and provide effective BI solutions.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to junior team members.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
  • Solid proficiency in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, Power Apps & Automate, data flow, optimization techniques, and SQL queries.
  • Experience in documentation and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
