JOB DESCRIPTION

The SAP S4 FICO Senior Analyst is a part of the Finance and Controlling IT team, reporting to the Manager of the FICO IT team.

The SAP FICO IT team falls under LS&Co's Technology organization and is accountable for implementing the FICO module in SAP S4 HANA for Levi's. For markets already operating on S4, the team aids in identifying and executing new system functionalities to enhance existing global or regional finance business operations, and facilitates new IT projects that impact finance business processes.

ABOUT THE JOB (RESPONSIBILITIES):
  • Responsible for practical work in designing, building, testing, and delivering at least 2 submodules in SAP FICO within LSCO's framework.
  • Collaborate with external service providers (e.g., banks, payment service providers) throughout project phases, conducting periodic status meetings, coordinating system integrated testing (SIT) phases, and managing Go-Live activities.
  • Engage in business process design discussions and functional IT dialogues.
  • Create business process documentation such as process flows and procedures.
  • Participate in workshops and presentations to validate business processes, solutions, and change impacts with end users.
  • Design reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and user authorizations.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure compliance with business requirements and support user acceptance testing.
  • Identify and resolve issues/errors throughout all project phases and support data conversion activities.
  • Aid in change management and business cutover activities and provide support post-implementation.
ABOUT YOU (QUALIFICATIONS):

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience. Advanced degree is a bonus.
  • Chartered Accountant certification is advantageous.

SAP Skill Level and Experience:

  • General Ledger – Expert level - Hands-on experience with New GL functionalities, Parallel ledger, Global Chart of accounts, etc.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable – Expert level - Strong experience in Integration with other modules.
  • Asset accounting / Banking – Proficient level.
  • CO modules – Basic knowledge required.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of professional work experience in FICO module implementations and global template rollouts.
  • Experience in retail industry preferable, especially working with large customers in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing.
