We are seeking a talented and experienced Application Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications that meet the needs of our clients.

As an Application Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure the successful implementation of software projects.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Application Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using various programming languages and technologies.
  • Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
  • Architecture and Design : Develop application architecture and design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Coding Standards : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Testing and Debugging : Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of applications to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Documentation : Prepare comprehensive documentation for designs, code, and user manuals to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
  • Maintenance and Support : Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other developers, designers, and project managers in an Agile development environment to deliver highquality software solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Technical Expertise : Strong technical skills in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Web Development : Experience with web development frameworks and technologies such as React, Angular, , or ASP.NET.
  • Database Management : Proficiency in database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • API Development : Experience developing RESTful and/or SOAP APIs and integrating with thirdparty services.
  • Version Control : Proficiency with version control systems such as Git, including branching and merging strategies.
  • Testing Frameworks : Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as JUnit, NUnit, Selenium, or similar.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
