Role & responsibilities

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
(ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position supports customer sales interactions.

This role requires you to interact with hundreds of thousands of existing, former and prospective customers across the world to sell new products or maintain existing accounts and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer interactions, you will need to be confident, fully engaged, a team player, and dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.


Essential Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
  • Research systems to find missing information as applicable; coordinate with other
departments to resolve issues as applicable

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
  • Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions
  • Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information
  • Appropriately escalate customer issues with the managerial team
  • Attend meetings and training and review all new training material to stay uptodate on
changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes

  • Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Post-Secondary education preferably in Marketing / Advertising program or workrelated
- experience

  • A proven Telemarketing Sales background is preferred
  • Excellent phone manner and articulation
  • Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
  • Outstanding customer focused service and an ongoing positive attitude
  • A true entrepreneur who can work independently and in a team environment
  • Extremely well organized and detailed with the ability to multitask
  • Solid understanding of MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Power Point and CRM
  • Thrives in a fast paced, ever changing, entrepreneurial environment
  • The ability to read and speak English fluently
  • Along with English bilingual; French, Portuguese and Spanish speakers are preferred
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled hours of operation including the training period
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and followup on customer issues
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multitask, stay focused, and selfmanage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and
- customers.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
  • Willingness to travel overseas to attend trade shows when necessary

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday:
NIGHT SHIFT in (INDIA) to contact USA/CANADA/ CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA/EUROPE

during their day times.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
₹8, ₹38,707.11 per month
