ReportingTo: Service Operations Team Leader

Location:Kolkata

Job Description

§ Promptlyattend site problems arriving at customer premises in low & medium voltagemotors.

§ Carryout overhauling of motors at customer premises.

§ Maintainexcellent relationship with the customers & Authorized Repair Center.

§ Helpin generating service business e.g. motor overhauling, AMC, spare parts, completemotor retrofitting, Motor rewinding etc.

§ Analyzesite problems & give suitable solutions to customer. In some cases,co-ordinate with HO for offering solution.

How do I Qualify ?

Diploma/Degree in Electrical engineering field with excellentknowledge of Low & Medium Voltage Motors. At least 7 Years experience in servicing of Electrical motors. Having knowledge in service business development area will be anadded advantage. Capablein identifying customer end maintenance process improvement need. Excellent communication & team-work skill. Problem solving attitude.
