Guest Relation Executive [GRE]Ghatkoper/Dahisar,

1 ROLE DETAILS:

Location:
Ghatkopar/ Dahisar

Position report's to :
Manager - Sales

Business / Function :
Sales / Guest Relation

Scope/Accountabilities of the role:
GRE will be the first Point of contact for the walk-in clients.

• Filling up the walkins form of Clients or Brokers
• Escorting the clients to the waiting lounge or area
• Assigning a sales manager on Rota basis as approved by the site head
• Maintaining the stock of pantry, stationery
• Handling walkin clients at Project sites.
• Ensure customers are attended on time, regarding project details.
• Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested.
• Maintaining customer updates on enquiries made.
• Maintain database and MIS.
• Basic housekeeping.
• Arranging tea/coffee arrangements for guests / walkin clients.
• Regular after sales follow up and handle customer grievances, complaints and claims.
• To ensure that the sitting arrangement in overall Sales office premises i.e., meeting

- room, conference room etc. are maintained in proper order.

• Should work closely with sales team and provide any support required

Competencies/ Key attributes

Education: Graduate in any field. Fluent in English

Experience:

• 4 Years' Experience in Real Estate (Preferably with Premium Builders) **or in premium automobile showroom, luxury sales
• Should be well groomed and have an affinity to and good understanding of luxury
• Hard Core Performer In
  Selling Residential Properties in Central and Western market:
• Atleast 1 year experience in using
  SFDC is mandatory:
• Ready to travel anywhere in Mumbai

2 SELECTION PROCESS

• Second round (which could be final round) by the Managing Director
• Reference checks
• Offer discussions and finalization.
