About the teamRoster team works on a Headcount Management Product which is primarily a self-service tool used by Team Leaders, Finance and Hiring Managers to build, edit and update team information and changes across Amazon.
This is an innovative position-based architecture that helps our users (hiring managers, business leaders, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Finance) to look at and manage different slices of the same headcount data at the granularity they need.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights Experience with SQL or ETL Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages 1+ years of program or project management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby)
- Experience using very large datasets
- Knowledge of HR systems or Headcount planning/management systems
