You'll contribute by:

  • Create detailed, well-structured test plans and cases, prioritizing and coordinating testing activities.
  • Design, execute, and automate scripts, while monitoring and tracking bugs, and conducting thorough regression testing post bug resolution.
  • Develop and implement testing processes to align with client requirements for both new and existing products.
  • Oversee debugging outcomes, delve into software anomalies, and track quality assurance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with internal teams to identify testing needs and prioritize quality control challenges from end-to-end.
  • Actively participate in scrum ceremonies including refinement, demo, and release planning.

Your success hinges on:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, coupled with 3 to 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in software QA methodologies, tools, and Agile processes.
  • Solid familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its modules, along with prior exposure to ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing ATFS and configuring test scripts within ServiceNow.
  • Ability to translate technical information into business terms effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Preferred certifications like ISTQB, ServiceNow, or ITIL would be advantageous.
