Job Description:

  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
  • Organize and maintain IT resources
  • Understanding of applicable programming languages
  • Great troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes
  • Assist in the development of IT project plans and timelines

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Basic understanding of computers and networks
  • Experience with coding languages, such as Java Script, HTML etc.
  • Experience with network administration or troubleshooting
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
