Lead Generation:
Utilize various sources to identify potential clients and generate leads for computer and surveillance sales and services.

Lead Conversion:
Work towards converting leads into customers by understanding their requirements and providing suitable solutions.

Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive sales efforts and strategic planning.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

1.

Experience:

Previous experience in telesales or a similar role with a proven track record of lead conversion.

2.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

3.

Sales Skills:
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to close deals.

4.

Target-Oriented:
Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.

5.

Computer Proficiency:
Basic knowledge of computer and surveillance systems would be an advantage.
