Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the clinical services and pharma industry, and developing strategic plans to expand our market presence. This role demands a proactive approach to market research, client engagement, and sales strategy implementation to achieve the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends in the clinical services and pharma industry.

Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to develop effective strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Identify and target potential clients in the domestic and international markets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Present our services and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting our unique value propositions.

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.

Prepare and present detailed business proposals, contracts, and sales reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.

Networking & Promotion:

Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.

Promote MS Clinical Research Pvt Ltd's brand and services through various channels.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to senior management.

Provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement of business development strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of the clinical services and pharma market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
