The Opportunity

Experience: 6+ months of experience

If you are a dedicated hockey fan with a knack for storytelling and a desire to be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing 45 articles a day ranging from news stories, game previews, features, listicles etc.
  • Assisting the team in identifying and creating engaging content for our worldwide audience

Requirements:

  • Prior work experience in sports writing, preferably with a focus on NHL or hockey coverage.
  • Open to working ET hours to accommodate game schedules and breaking news.
  • Proficient in covering gamerelated topics, including match previews, recaps, game analysis, and league news.
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A deep understanding of the NHL, its teams, players, and current trends in the sport.
  • Knowledge of hockey analytics and advanced statistics is a plus.
