As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and talented Executive - HR to join our team in Delhi.
Position Overview: The Executive - HR will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and initiatives. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Manage HR-related administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, letters of offer, and other documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development planning.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
