Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain, manage, and enhance existing processes and systems.
Automate processes using advanced VBA macros, Selenium, and Python across various platforms.
Develop custom solutions in Microsoft Office applications for streamlined workflows.
Utilize expertise in Windows API and Web Scraping for optimization.
Proficiency in SQL Query, Analysis, and Testing for robust data management.
Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Develop visually appealing PowerApps and automate workflows with Power Automate.
Design automated processes for enhanced productivity.
Familiarity with databases such as Dataverse (CDS), SharePoint Online, and SQL.
Deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and security protocols.
Incorporate VBA and Python scripts to optimize automation processes.
Competency Requirement:
Plan coding & UAT phase with business manager and work as per plan
Proactively communicate with business manager for any delay in coding/UAT Phase
Follow-up with Operation teams on UAT and ops sign off
Ready to adjust working hours as per operation team need for requirements capturing
