We're looking for a Lead UX Designer to thoughtfully contribute to our award-winning electronic health record and physician practice management products.

In this role, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary agile R&D team to define, design and test product and digital service features with the goal of creating valuable and delightful experiences for our users.

While this role will be working within an India-based team, you will collaborate with teams across geographies to address the needs of the US Healthcare markets.

Your working hours will include a few calls during US east coast morning hours as well.
Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and frame user-centered problems effectivelyPlan and facilitate problem identification and solutioning workshopsCreate low-to high-fidelity sketches to communicate concepts and ideasCollaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the agile planning, design and development process to deliver released product that meets design intentCollaborate with your team to ensure product features meet UX quality standards for workflow, interaction design and microcopyTypical QualificationsA degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, HCI or similar, or a degree in a different field with impressive experience that negates formal design qualificationsA minimum of 7+ years of experience in UX designSolid capability in UX creative and design techniquesPrior experience working with Product and engineering teamsExperience facilitating, summarizing and acting on take-aways from user researchUnderstand how to work within agile development process for the design, development, and delivery of softwareOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsBehaviors & Abilities Required:

Skillful at influencing colleagues and project direction without direct authorityForge strong relationships and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary teamCreate strong problem statements and metrics to ensure design solutions are achieving the right business and user outcomesDesigns simple, effective, and elegant interactions between users and products.

Promotes design thinking and user empathy within the cross-functional team.
Provide sound rationale for recommendations to gain others' support and commitment.
