We are hiring a Solution Architect

We are looking for an individual who will play a crucial role in the software development cycle by gathering requirements and leading the design team.

You will be responsible for analyzing functional specifications and translating them into system guidelines to shape project development and align projects with enterprise-level systems.

Required Skill Set (Must Have):

  • Should possess a minimum of 8 years' experience in Java.
  • Experience with Spring or Springboot.
  • Familiarity with microservices, REST API.
  • Engagement in all SDLC phases of development projects.

Predict potential risks and strategize to mitigate their impact across the development lifecycle.

  • Proficient in project estimations and documentation from inception to completion.
  • Ability to provide technical solutions by analyzing requirements with expertise.
  • Background in Architecture, Design, and Reengineering.
  • Participation in real-time project development activities.
  • Experience in client management.

Good to have Other Skills (Not Essential):

  • Leadership of a team of software developers.
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies.
  • Ensuring work quality through QA and code review processes.
  • Stay updated with technical applications.

Your responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and specifications from clients and users.
  • Collaborate with sales team members and enterprise architects to understand stakeholder expectations and limitations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and programs.
  • Develop schedules and test plans, prepare documentation, and communicate project guidelines and milestones.
  • Propose solutions to address system issues and client specifications.
  • Define project scope before major development work begins.
  • Direct a team of developers, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
  • Engage with clients from project initiation to final software solution presentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and demonstrations for client updates.

Collaborate with external vendors for specific software solution aspects.

  • Consider costs and timelines, ensuring vendors meet deliverable deadlines.
  • Review vendor proposals and estimates to align with budget and time constraints.

Pedigree:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field.
