Role

s and Responsibilities Managing Microsoft Unily based Intranet Site - Working on complex web pages – edit/fix bugs in existing pages, create new interactive pages using complex HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery Assisting colleagues (researchers/consultants/EAs) in improving the quality of their web pages (e.g. by taking a semi-finished web page and improving it). Work with the brand, creative, and technical project teams to define and document requirements, overall user experience/interface vision on projects, and recommend strategically sound solutions to meet client's business needs An ability to design user interfaces that present data to end-users in a manner that feels natural and clear Managing a varied workload of multiple ongoing tasks including new function development and product maintenance. As part of the development team, it would be your responsibility to develop and debugging of web pages and components. Staying up to date with new trends and advancements in web development Design intuitive and compelling interfaces optimized across devices including iOS and Android

Knowledge/ Experience

3+ years of professional experience preferably in Web Designing and Development Good knowledge of front-end development, iframe concepts, adapting web pages within Intranet platforms like Unily, WordPress or any other Content Management System Writing code in one or more frontend programming or scripting languages, such as JavaScript/jQuery Good Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery Experience of working on PSD to HTML, Responsive Sites, PSD Designs, Banner Designs Knowledge of basic SQL is a plus Experience with large-scale applications Ability to articulate and justify design decisions Strong interpersonal skills, careful attention to detail, and ability to drive consensus

Curious and ability to correlate: Should have the curiosity/ keenness to understand coding thoroughly specific to industry and functions. Strong communication skills: Strong conversational ability and fluency in written and spoken English Business knowledge : knowledge of global markets and companies, industrial verticals, industry classifications, levels of management, positions, and roles. Timing: Willingness to work in shifts (includes night shifts). Education: Graduate/ Postgraduate

Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver is a must

Creative ability/conceptualization is a must
