CTC range: INR 8 LPA to INR 10 LPA

Location: Khar, Mumbai (we follow a strict work from office policy only)

Office timings: 10am to 7.30pm (Monday to Friday and Saturdays as required)

To build futuristic and engaging designs for our branding, social media and sales initiatives. You will be collaborating with the creative team to conceptualize visual messaging to engage our target audiences and transform mindsets of million of graduates

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for our skill development programs, including digital and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the education and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and effective learning materials.
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with our brand and educational objectives.
  • Create and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate new design techniques and technologies into your work.
  • Adhere to project timelines as agreed upon.

Who are we looking for? Background & experience:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

● 3 years of professional graphic design experience.

● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other relevant design software.

● Proficiency with common UX and UI patterns.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and projects.

● Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

● Experience in educational or e-learning design is a plus.
