Job Summary:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads.

You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
  • Introduce and explain our products/services to customers.
  • Provide accurate information about product features, prices, and benefits.
  • Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Record customer information and details of each interaction in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional language skills may be a plus).
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
